Description
Wilson/Equity Office (where T J Reagan was a partner at the time) developed Foundry Square with an eye to attracting Silicon Valley tenants to San Francisco. This required bold, expansive design and enhanced building infrastructure to meet sophisticated technology demands. Increased floor to floor ceiling heights, under-floor cooling which allows tenants to adjust the system to meet their personal preferences, and extensive use of day-lighting are just a few of the project’s features. Foundry Square’s unique combination of amenities and setting inspired the creation of a high-tech campus within a dense urban environment. Foundry Square II and IV were the first two phases of a master plan of four Class A Office Buildings totaling 735,000 square feet—one which today features a wide mix of tenants from professional, legal and financial services as well as corporate headquarters.
